aQb Solutions has three different models for customer engagement.Depending on the customer requirement we propose the different models mentioned here.
1.Fixed Price Model (FPM) : A fixed price is quoted at the start of the projects depending on the requirements.Any change in the scope of work will again lead to project re-estimation.
2.Time & Material Model (T&M) : A Time and Material model is based upon the work done. A person from aQb side will monitor the project progress and report to the client at a fixed time interval.
3.Dedicated Resource Model (DRM) : In this model a resource with specific skill set will be assigned to the client and work as a member of your team. Such contracts are normally renewed monthly. DRM projects are monitored totally by the client.
