Workbatch module of IQJewel takes care of managing the karigar/wrokmen and the jobs for ordered or catalog product creation. This modules keep track of the intake and outflow or raw material and finished product with respect of customer order or self order by the merchant. A job when issued to a workmen/karigar has to go through a workbatch, where all details of the job are recorded. Workbatch Issue and Receive is integrated with inventory update.
The key features of this module are:
- Tracking of intake and outflow of Raw Material in the Product making Life-Cycle
- The weight of the finished product can be changed from the estimated weight of ordered products. Dynamic changes in weight of finished products is possible in Workbatch Receive section.
- The purity of the product can be managed through the Workbatch module. A 24 Carat Gold Product can be converted to other gold product with less purity.
- Workbatch Module can be coupled with the entire supply chain, i.e. from Order Management to Billing or it can work standalone.
