Video transcript
Overview: LoanLens extracts data from identity, address and income documents, completes the loan application and explains the outcome of every lending-rules check. The final decision remains with the loan officer.
Illustrative market: the film follows a loan officer at a lender in India.
Please note: certain checks shown in the film are simulated.
Meet Meera, a loan officer at a lender in India. Every morning, applications arrive as stacks of documents: PAN, address proof, bank statements and salary slips. She checks each one by hand, chases what is missing, and fixes names that do not match. Then she tries LoanLens by aQb Solutions, an AI loan file assistant for lenders and their applicants. An applicant picks a loan product and an applicant type. He uploads his documents, each in its own slot. AI reads every document and fills in the form, with a confidence level for each field. Where documents disagree, he chooses the right value or types his own. LoanLens then applies the lending rules, and every result comes with an explanation. Twenty rules pass, and one is flagged for Meera to review. She opens one detail report, with every rule result and a full audit trail. LoanLens prepares the file. Meera makes the decision. Some checks are simulated. Faster files. Fewer chases. Decisions you can defend.

What it does
Guided loan application
Walks the applicant through the application step by step, explains which documents are required and shows exactly what is still missing.
AI loan document extraction
Reads national IDs, passports, address proofs, bank statements and payslips (PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB) and captures about 22 fields, each with a confidence level.
KYC document checks and conflict resolution
Sorts each upload by type, checks its quality, and flags missing documents, mismatched names and dates of birth, and conflicting values for the applicant to resolve.
Lending rules with explanations
Runs configurable lending rules for required documents, KYC consistency, ID number, email and mobile formats, income evidence, bank statements and an income-based loan limit. Every result is explained.
Exception review and audit trail
One detail report holds applicant details, documents, rule results and exceptions with a full audit trail. The loan officer resolves exceptions and decides.
Credit-policy chatbot
Answers questions from the credit-policy documents your admin uploads, with citations to the source page. It does not approve, decline or price a loan.
Key Questions Answered
01 / 05
Which documents and lending markets are supported?
LoanLens reads the identity, address and income documents lenders collect, such as national IDs, passports, address proofs, bank statements and payslips. Document types and lending rules are configured for your market and loan products during onboarding.
02 / 05
How are conflicting details found?
Each upload is sorted by type and checked for quality. Names, dates of birth and other values are then compared across documents, and any conflict is flagged for the applicant to resolve.
03 / 05
What data does it handle, and where does it go?
Uploaded documents (PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB) and about 22 extracted fields, each with a confidence level, plus rule results and an audit trail. The output can be passed to your existing loan-origination system, and retention and integration are scoped with you.

Who makes the lending decision?
The loan officer. Every rule result comes with an explanation, exceptions collect in one detail report, and the officer resolves them and decides. LoanLens prepares the file and never approves, declines or prices a loan. Some checks are simulated in the film.

How does LoanLens fit lending regulation?
The loan officer makes every credit decision. Every rule result is explained and logged in an audit trail. Where data is stored, and how long it is kept, is agreed with you, and deployments are configured with you to align with RBI digital lending guidance and your own credit policy.
