AI Candidate Screening with Recruiter-Controlled Decisions.
TalentLens is AI candidate screening software that scores CVs and resumes and reports on interviews, with the recruiter deciding.
Video transcript
Hiring at scale, with the decision still in human hands. This is TalentLens. A recruiter posts a job, with its description and requirements, and opens it for applications. Candidates apply, and upload a CV. The CV is parsed into structured skills, experience, and education. Each candidate is scored against the job, and the score is stored with the candidate. The recruiter reviews the scores, and decides who moves on. There is no automatic cutoff. Eligible candidates are notified, and invited to a video and audio interview. The interview is recorded, and the audio is transcribed. Machine learning analyses the interview, and a PDF report is generated. The report goes to the recruiter, who makes the next decision. From job post to shortlist, with the recruiter in control.

What it does
Job setup and candidate applications
The recruiter posts a job with its description and requirements, and candidates apply through the candidate app with a CV or resume.
AI CV parsing and match scoring
Each CV is parsed into structured skills, experience and education. Scoring logic compares that data with the job and produces a match score, stored against the candidate and the job.
Recruiter-controlled shortlisting
Recruiters review the candidates and their scores, and decide who is eligible for the next rounds. There is no automatic cutoff.
Video and audio interviews with speech to text
Eligible candidates are invited to complete a video and audio interview on the platform. The recording is stored, and the audio is transcribed with speech to text.
Interview analysis and PDF reports
The interview is transcribed, and machine learning analyses the transcript to produce a PDF report for the recruiter, who makes the next decision. It analyses the transcript of what the candidate said. It does not assess facial expression, emotion or voice.
Recruiter oversight, not automated decisions
Scores and reports support the recruiter and never make the hiring decision. Every step that moves a candidate forward is a person’s call.
Key Questions Answered
01 / 05
How are candidates scored against the job?
Each CV or resume is parsed into structured skills, experience and education, then compared with the job requirements to produce a match score stored against the candidate and the job. The recruiter reviews the scores, and there is no automatic cutoff.
02 / 05
What does the interview analysis produce, and how?
The video and audio interview is transcribed with speech to text, and the transcript of what the candidate said is analysed to produce a PDF report for the recruiter. It does not assess facial expression, emotion or voice. The dimensions it assesses are agreed with you for each role, and the report supports the recruiter rather than deciding.
03 / 05
Can it screen without automatic rejection?
Yes. Scores and reports support the recruiter and never make the hiring decision. Every step that moves a candidate forward is a person's call.
04 / 05
How does it fit our recruitment systems, consent and retention?
TalentLens is a screening and interview-reporting layer, not an applicant tracking system. Recording consent, retention periods and the connection to your existing recruitment system are agreed with you during setup.
05 / 05
How does TalentLens handle fairness and AI hiring rules?
Scores and reports support the recruiter and never reject a candidate automatically. Interview analysis uses the transcript of what the candidate said, not facial expressions, emotion or voice. Every score and recruiter decision is logged. Where AI hiring rules apply, the deployment is configured with you to meet them.

Responsible use
TalentLens supports recruiters. It does not make hiring decisions and has no automatic cutoff. Scores and interview reports are inputs for a person.
Candidate consent for recording, retention periods, and any bias testing or audit your jurisdiction requires are agreed with you during setup. Local rules on AI in hiring and on candidate data vary by market, and TalentLens on its own does not make a hiring process compliant.
